Citral (Natural Citral)
Citral is a mixture of the isomeric aldehydes geranial and neral, responsible for the strong lemon scent in lemongrass and other citrus plants. Natural Citral is derived from botanical sources such as lemongrass oil and is used where a natural lemon character is required.
